David Rendel presents the waste disposal unit

Newbury Liberal Democrats ran a draw for a waste disposal unit at their Green Tax Pledge stall in Northbrook Street. All the tax pledge forms were placed in a ballot box. At midday on Saturday, one form was drawn out by Sharon Bowles. The winner is seen here being presented with a waste disposal unit at her home by David Rendel.
