Customer Research
We were approached by a
reseller of Marketing Services that wanted to expand their business but
also wanted to understand the market for the various services that they
were able to offer.
We constructed a telephone
based research questionnaire that asked a number of key questions about the
marketing services that the target customers used and we contacted and
interviewed a large number of prospective customers on our client’s behalf,
saving our client a significant amount of time.
Where gaps in the marketing
activity of target customers was identified, we re-contacted the customers
and introduced our client where appropriate, to provide the services that
they were seeking. This resulted in a number of
appointments being booked for our client to visit and in turn this generated new customers for our
client.
Our client was able to use
the research results to support their public relations activities (PR) in
addition to gaining a better understanding of the level of demand, within
the market, for the various services that they were able to offer.
