management training to develop the management team within your business or
for individuals through training, coaching and
mentoring. 

Training can be individually
tailored to meet your specific requirements or a
trainer can be provided to deliver specific training that you specify. 

We can arrange a location if required or we can delivery the training at
your premises. 

We also provide a mentoring
service to executives and managers.

We have designed and delivered
the following training courses, further courses can be developed as
required:

	An Introduction to Marketing – A 1 or 2 day course that introduces the basic concepts of successful marketing and the management of marketing campaigns.  It includes the marketing mix, a review of various routes to market, objective setting, innovation, brand management and analysis of various campaigns.
	Successful Project Management – A 1 or 2 day course covering the initial concepts of project management including planning, objective setting, critical path analysis, stakeholder management and Gantt charts.
	Managing Your Workload – A 1 day course covering time management and a very basic introduction to a project management approach.
